Our founder has authored three books about
the diagnosis and management of chronic pain and over 30 chapters in various
medical textbooks. He has also written over 50 articles for
medical journals, and his innovative work at Mensana Clinic is reported in
published outcome studies. He found that 71% of patients diagnosed with
RSD actually have nerve entrapments (Pan Arab Journal of Neurosurgery, 2002),
88% to 92% of patients who survived severe electrical injury or lightning
strike have not been properly diagnosed, (articles submitted), and 98% of all
patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia do not meet the published diagnostic
criteria for the disorder (article submitted).
