23 years post electrical injury. My husband was injured in 79. we are still looking for a dr who knows about electrical injuries. He has gone through the heart attacks the joint pain and many many things we have not paid attention to. He only started with the bad headaches about a year ago mostly left side. About 8 months ago he would have small bouts of dizziness. In january something new started he woke up with a violent attack of vertigo he could not move or he would vomit. 2 days in hospital and the doc said he had a self limiting ear problem. after a week of crawling the dr ordered a ct which showed nothing. so he was sent to an ENT who ordered a Mri. Which showed small lesions on his brain. e was then sent to a neuro who said the lesions looked like Multiple sclerosis. He was sent to another neuro and ended up in a hospital being tested for everything couldnt find the reasons for the lesions. So they said he must have had several strokes. I decided to find a good cardio. who is also working with a neuro, wonderful dr.s but still dont know what is wrong. so they just called it vasculitis. and they are putting him on blood thiners. In all the testing they found not only the damage from the first heart attack but a new blockage. they are going to try to treat with yet one more medication. I am sorry to go on and on .

Wanda..have you and e seen Doctor Hendler yet?
From personal experience I know how wonderful Doc Hendler is......in addition.....he...Doc Hendler... told me more in twenty minutes then all the other doctors had told me in twenty years....
Please write more.....and more......in reply to you saying you "I am sorry to go on and on" I think we all know how difficult things can be at times
sometimes the best thing is to vent, talk and be understood....I know that Mensana is my sanctuary in many ways.....sometimes when I don't have an appointment I just go and walk around and talk to the people I know and chat with those who........and at Mensana I can tell you there is an immense well of love and support that allows it's patients to..... vent, talk and being understood......I hope you and E give yourselves the opportunity to find this out for yourselves...just as I did...
sorry if there are any errors in this letter...
luv and hugs
Good Luck....
Erin
