Today my husband had a weird thing happen. He started feeling like a toothache was coming on, then in just a few seconds a pain came to the back of his head and then he said the world started spinning- this only lasted maybe a minute or two at a time, but happened several times- maybe 5-6 minutes apart. Has this ever happened to anyone else?????? I forgot to mention that about the time the "toothache" started, he start sweating a lot.
Was He electrically injured? I have had many episodes of abrupt head aches, dizziness, I don't recall any starting with a tooth ache, but many starting with head aches. Sometimes ( often) they are slam dunk, with no warning, and other times, begin with ringing in my ears. I have a perpetual off balance feeling all the time, but sometimes I feel like I am spinning, usually followed by nausia. Sometimes when I fall, I joke to my Wife that it wasn't me that time, it was the whole world around me.
can anyone explain why is it that when we get this headaches, ringing in the ears and we get dizzy and lose our balance, i for one cannot walk a straight line, act like i am drunk and i do not drink, maybe if i did i could walk a straight line. lol.....what causes this???????
My husband has really weird things happen to him at different times, like dizzy spells and a loud ringing in his ears and he swears he losses his hearing until it passes, which they last about 3 minutes! his balance is realy off also, he sweats awful and has had a couple falls, his leg has left red marks from the cuts he has gotten from the falls like they don't heal right? He has sprained his ankle form falling. His whole body hurts at times! And yet the doctors thinks it's all in his head!!( conversial dissorder) OR PTSD
don't you get tired of hearing that all of our problems are in our head! i know for one i am damn tired of dr's stating that to me, you know i was or always heard what goes around comes around and i truly believe that, one of these days one those damn dr's is going to have an electrical or lightning injury and see what they have to say when on of there own tell them , "it is all in your head" even though i would never wish this on anyone not even my enemies.
I understand that! But your right if this every does happened to a Doctor he will know how all of us feel. Or maybe if that ever does happened to a doctor maybe thats what it's going to take for more research here?? And your right this is a bad thing to even wish on a ememy but gosh we need help!! This is hurting alot of people! Us for one are losing site of who we were in the beginning!
Someone asked above why feelings of dizziness frequently accompany the ringing in the ears. That is because the part of the body that helps with balance is located in the inner ear--so inner ear problems and dizziness frequently occur together.
i can understand about the inner ear problems which has everything to do with one's balance but i had all those tests done for the inner ear, which was expensive and i do not have any inner ear problems but i still have frequent dizziness and balance problems!!!
